Awardees must demonstrate expertise within a given field, dedication to customers service and commitment to excellence and innovation. Research was centred around an in-depth evaluation of skills and services on offer and the wider market reputation of each nominee was also taken into consideration.
The award statement reads: "Now in its fourth year of showcasing exemplary Irish business, this awards programme has continued to highlight and recognise the enterprises that are thriving across the entirety of Ireland. Speaking about the award, Diarmuid O'Riordan, ASG founder, commented that: "We were first contacted in December 2020 and were advised that we had been nominated for this award. This past year has left aviation training organisations with little choice but to innovate, improvise, and to overcome the unprecedented challenges facing us as all a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have invested significantly throughout the pandemic with our hybrid classroom concept and feel that we are now well positioned to grow as the aviation industry recovers, and to deliver for our students across what is now a location independent global aviation training market. Winning this award is a validation of how the ASG team has responded to these challenges and continue to go from strength to strength in order to enrich the learning experience for our students".
