ASG is proud to highlight the successful delivery of another specialised Search & Rescue Tasking refresher course to the Irish Coast Guard (IRCG) and a visiting member from the UK Coast Guard. This course is part of our continuous commitment to offer advanced and tailor-made training to international and government organizations and emphasises the close and valued partnership we hold with the IRCG. The refresher course is an integral component of a recurrent training program aimed at individuals who have previously completed the comprehensive SATAC course. Initiated almost five years ago, this program has benefitted hundreds of Watch Officers through numerous sessions, reinforcing ASG's role in enhancing maritime safety and SAR capabilities. This particular session was meticulously designed to update and refine the participants' skills in critical areas including Operational Risk Management, Emergency Response Planning, Meteorology, Navigation, Flight Planning, Air Law, and Communications.
