Class booking & key dates
We recommend that you book your place for your classes to avoid disappointment because our student numbers are limited to ensure the optimum learning experience. You may only enroll for our classes if you are a current ASG student. If you would like to start training with us, simply fill out either our online ATPL theory application or PPL theory application form depending on which course you wish to enroll for.
All of our training is conducted at Kestrel House in the Dublin Airport Logistics Park right next to Dublin Airport. Class timings are 12 - 8pm (Dublin time). You may choose to attend our revision classes in person or remotely using our hybrid classroom concept. You can even alternate between remote and physical attendance.

How does the "hybrid" classroom option work?
We provide you with the ultimate flexibility when choosing how you would like to attend their ATPL or PPL revision classes with us. You can now choose to sit-in or log-in for your classes. You can even alternate from day to day, by logging in on one day or physically attending the class on the next.
Our "live" revision classes will continue to be conducted on location in Dublin, Ireland. Some students may be "in-class" and others will be attending remotely by logging in. In order to ensure a fantastic classroom experience for those attending remotely, we have invested in 4K webcams, RØDE broadcast quality microphones, a dedicated instructor login station, and a classroom facing flat-screen display where the faces of those attending remotely will even be displayed to the students who are attending physically - so everyone feels part of our classroom environment!

Exam application deadlines - important dates
Examination fees vary depending on the EASA state where you intend to sit your exams. The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) currently charges €100 per subject and these fees are payable directly to the IAA.
The IAA exam applications deadlines are published on their website here. However, in order to submit your application, it must first be approved and processed by the ASG team and forwarded to the IAA in time for this deadline. Therefore, it is essential that you submit your exam application to our team no later than 3 working days from the IAA cut-off date - this will allow sufficient time for the ASG to process and forward your application to the IAA. Exam applications must be submitted to ASG through our exam application portal here.
If you wish to sit your examinations with another EASA authority, please submit your exam application through our exam application portal here.
